What is Heart-N-Soul Spa in a Box?

Heart-N-Soul Spa in a Box is a monthly subscription box with natural handmade non-toxic and organic bath and body essentials delivered to your door every month.  

What is inside each box?

Each month we carefully select a combination of bath and body essentials that could be bath salts, body wash, bath bombs, body/sugar scrubs, lotions, creams, body butter, hand soaps, face mask, etc.  Everything in the box is tested before shipping! 

How Much Does The Monthly Subscription Cost?

Heart-N-Soul Spa in a Box cost $29.99/month. We have prepaid options at discount rates as follows: $26.99/box for 3 months, $25.99/box for 6 months, and $23.99/box for 12 months.

When will I be Billed? 

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a monthly payment cycle, and you will be billed for your first box immediately when you sign up.  Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly until you cancel your monthly subscription or opt out of yearly renewal. After your first box has shipped, you’ll start with our regular billing and shipping cycle. We bill regularly on the 11th of each month.  You will be notified via email when your auto-renewal is coming up and given the opportunity to opt-out of recurring payment. For prepay subscriptions you are automatically charged for the full amount upon subscribing.   

What If I Only Want One Box?

If you would only like one box, you are able to subscribe to the "monthly" box and cancel your monthly subscription any time before the next billing cycle.  It is upon your responsibility to cancel or skip the next month before the billing cycle on the 11th, no exceptions permitted. 

What if I want to purchase a subscription plan for a friend or family member?

Can I purchase a one-time gift for a friend or family member?

Yes! Let us help you give the perfect gift! If it's for an event other than a birthday, contact us at heartnsoulbyus@gmail.com and we'll work to customize it for you, including a handwritten gift message.  

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

We ship via USPS (first class/priority) to the United States and Internationally. Shipping is not included in the cost of the subscription plan; however, we do work hard to find the lowest shipping cost possible. Although, we ship internationally, please keep in mind that our prices are only shown in USD as well as at checkout. The shipping rate is calculated by weight and USPS. You can calculate the shipping using your zip code before you make the payment. When are boxes shipped each month?

Our subscription boxes ship out once per month between the 5th and 11th of the month. Our one-time gift boxes will ship within 5 days, no matter when you order. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box’s progress.  You can always email us for details or expedited shipping options, at heartnsoulbyus@gmail.com

When will I receive my first box, if I just signed up?

If you subscribe before the 30th of any given month, your first box will be included in the regularly scheduled shipment for that month. If you subscribe after the 30th, you will receive your first box in the following month’s shipment.  

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

While we hope you'll continue the experience of our amazing products and never come to the point to cancel your subscription. However, if you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time by going to "Account Setting” and selecting "Cancel Subscription" button. Once your cancellation is confirmed via email, you will not be billed again or receive any additional boxes. However, you must cancel before being billed; otherwise, your cancelation will take effect in the next billing cycle and you will still receive the current month’s box. For prepay discounted subscriptions cancellations are not permitted until the end of the term. For example, if you chose the 6-month subscription and cancel in month 4, you will still be charged for months 5 and 6 and you will receive the boxes for months 5 and 6.   

What is the shelf life of Heart-N-Soul products?

The shelf life is approximately 2 years when no water is introduced to the product. However, when there is water as an ingredient, we use a preservative (Germall Plus Liquid) so the shelf life is longer. 

Are Heart-N-Soul Bath & Body essentials safe for use on baby and young children as well as those with sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated for those with skin conditions and sensitive skin to include babies, toddlers, and young children.

Does the colored items stain?

We use natural safe colorants, according to the vendor the colorants doesn’t stain, however, if you use our bath bombs in older and dirty tubs it may stain as well as when you stay in the tub too long it may stain your skin. We have tested all our products and we haven’t had any issues with the products staining. 

What Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal a safe and easy way to make payments online. You can check out using your PayPal account or in case you do not have a PayPal account, you can check out using a debit card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks, money orders, or Visa gift cards.

What is your Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of bath and body care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, in the event that the box or any of the products arrived in poor condition or damaged during shipment please contact us at heartnsoulbyus@gmail.com we will work with you to resolve any issues. 

What if I wanted to offer Heart-N-Soul Bath & Body Essentials in a store?

We do accept Bulk or Wholesale orders. Wholesale helps us to increase our reach and it is our way of supporting other businesses. You may contact us via email at heartnsoulbyus@gmail.com
